Refund and Replacement Policy


Our refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be damaged or has a print defect to received a replacement. Support nibs does not qualify as a print defect.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days approval.

Late or missing orders

Orders will take anywhere between 14-21 days from the order date, sooner if possible. The USPS has been slow and chaotic lately, so please be patient. Every order will come with a tracking number.

If orders are lost in transit, the full order will be resent at no cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at with your order number.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement send us an email at with pictures and order number and we will get back to you shortly.


Since our products are produced per order we do not accept returns.
